I work with tiny humans in a Montessori school, and I’m about to kick off my second year teaching in this amazing environment. I absolutely LOVE my job because I’m surrounded by people who push me to grow, think differently, and show up as me. Best of all, I have true autonomy in what I do, and I’m so grateful to work at a private school. Right now, I’m in the process of unlearning all those traditional ways of teaching, and it feels both challenging and empowering.
